If you try and export to web and do not have a web browser selected as the default browser (such as Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox). Avid Studio will experience a crash. To resolve this, please select a default web browser. Once that is done, you will be able to export to Web normally.
Here is an example of how to set Internet Explorer as your default browser:
1. Open an Internet Explorer browser window.
2. Select Tools > Internet Options.
3. In the Programs tab of the Internet Options window, click Make Default.
4. Click Apply.
