I have just installed this one, easyvhstodvdv3driverx64_kz06axd1ful.

But the serial key not yet, because when I try to set all numbers which are:  T4-3NKZ0-45VZ9-92GY5  I can't continue it doesn't let me.

I need technical support. for Roxio VHS to DVD plus 3  windows 10 64 bit

    Thank you

When I plug in my Roxio Video Capture USB device I get the message: Power surge on the UD port, Unknown Device needs more power then device can support.  The only way to restore operation of  the port is to restart my computer.  Even though I have a UPS battery backup, while I was running a capture from my VHS player, it stopped quickly and I received a message from my UPS unit that I had experienced a power outage.  I assume that the capture device was damaged or perhaps it needs to be reset by some means.  Thank You for your kind assistance in this matter.

As with Armando, when I try to download the software, it asks for the CD Key #.  When I type it in, I get an error message that the number is not validated.  Perhaps this is a bad disc and I should return to the store for a refund?

When you purchased your software, the clerk did not properly scan the bar code.  This is an anti-theft measure.  I had this happen and got the same "The Product is Not Activated" message.

Yep, same here.  It doesn't appear as though this is unique, does it?  I thought that the problem would be in finding the wires to go with those that came with the kit, but, alas, no problem there.  I just can't use the software I received because of the error message I get when I enter the serial # (or CD key#)

It does seem rather common. Corel support CAN help, you just have to be lucky enough to accidentally get connected with person who knows how.

Thanks for the response, Larry, but I tried that already and no go.  Since I didn't purchase the item from Corel or Roxio online, they wanted photos of my kit, the back of the device, which has the serial number, and the receipt, in my case, from Staples.  I sent those photos in and am now awaiting a reply.

I was not that lucky either. I returned mine--also to Staples--and got another one. Oddly enough, it was the clerk who gave me the second one who knew what the problem was. Corel support then responded to my request for assistance three days later with a code that was supposed to work.

Staples actually took it back and gave you another one?  I was under the impression that software couldn't be returned.  But, if Staples took yours back, I might try it too.

Did the second one work without the code that you got three days later?

Thanks for all of this info, Larry.  You've been helpful - more helpful than others.

Staples took it back no problem. Maybe because I was exchanging it for the same item? This one worked fine. The clerk who gave me the new one seemed to know what the problem was with the first.
