Spell Checker is not available in Finnish language in the 64-bit version. When accessed, an error message will occur.

It is available in the 32-bit version.

During the installation, on the Custom Installation screen on the Features tab, the language drop-list will display Finnish in both the 64-bit and 32-bit install, which may be misinterpreted, however the languages listed in this drop-list are the languages that one or more Writing Tool utilities/libraries/dictionaries are available in, including Hyphenation. Hyphenation is available in Finnish for both 64-bit and 32-bit versions.
