TiVo-To-Go Plug-in does not recognize TiVo PVR

Restart the DVR

  1. Press the TiVo button on the remote to go to TiVo Central.
  2. Select Messages & Setup --> Restart or Reset System --> Restart the DVR.
  3. Press THUMBS DOWN three times and press ENTER.
  4. Powercycle network devices.


If you have a router or wireless access point, unplug it, wait a moment, and then plug it back in.
