Is it possible to do a 2:1 ratio? My 360 camera outputs 2:1, and in order to upload to youtube correctly I need the video to remain 2:1.

    Hi Michael,

In X9 and below, there are only the 4:3 & 16:9 selections as described. In X10 however, there is a new option labeled Source Frame Size. As long as the initial clip has a 2:1 ratio, it should work.

I am using X10 and have yet to figure out how to get the Source Frame Size or User-Defined Frame Size to work.  Social media is moving away from letterbox videos in favor of square and 4:5 aspect ratios.  Can someone give me a step-by-step?

I've done the support ticket, and they were unable to help.

I don't know if this is really a "technical issue."  Either the program allows you to make videos with a User-Defined Frame Size or it doesn't, and I don't know what steps to take to activate that option.

If it can not make videos in this format, I've wasted $100 or so on a program that doesn't suit the needs of a business advertising on social media.
