Are you receiving an In Product Message that is not applicable to you?

If you are receiving a message within your product that is not applicable to you, it is recommended that you empty your temp folder as well as the messages folder.

Steps to delete your temp files:

1. Close all programs
2. Click on the start button
3. Go to the search box and type Run
4. Click on the Run program.
5. In the Open: text box type: %temp% and press Enter
6. The system will display your temp files from your Local, Temp folder
7. Click one file to select it then press CTRL+A to select all
8. Press Delete on your keyboard to delete the files. Click Skip if you get warnings that certain files may be in use.
9. Close the window.

Steps to delete the files in the messages folder.
1. Close all programs
2. Click on the start button
3. Go to the search box and type Run
4. Click on the Run program.
5. In the Open: text box type: %appdata% and press Enter
6. Locate and open the Corel folder.
7. Locate and open the folder named: Messages.
8. Click one file to select it then press CTRL+A to select all
9. Press Delete on your keyboard to delete the files. Click Skip if you get warnings that certain files may be in use.
10. Close the window.

Launch CorelDraw.

    The first part of this fix was what I was sent by an Tech Support agent.

    It didn't solve my problem.

    The Second part I tried and it didn't work either.
