  1. The unlock code should be 18 digits long. Please make sure you use zeroes, not the letter O, in the unlock code.

 

  • The unlock code is included in your order confirmation e-mail. It might be listed as Serial Number / CD Key in your order confirmation e-mail.

 

  • If you did not receive your order confirmation e-mail, be sure to look in your SPAM (a.k.a.Bulk or Junk E-Mail) folders for your e-mail software or webmail client. Occasionally, the order confirmation e-mail will marked as SPAM and will be routed to the trash or SPAM folders. If you still could not find your order confirmation e-mail, please contact Digital River's Customer Service at 952-646-5132 or visit

    Digital River provides support for Roxios eStore purchases and can help you with further assistance to complete your order. You will be required to provide either your order number and password OR your e-mail address and the last 5 digits of the credit card you used.
