What email address should I use to access Technical support when prompted to enter a support code?

When trying to access on-line support, it is required to specify an email address along with your support code. 


If you:

  1. Registered your product, use the email you entered in the Product Registration Log In form.
  2. Purchased a Priority Support Code, use the email associated with your Corel.com account.

In both these instances you should receive a confirmation email.
