If you notice that PaintShop Pro X4 is crashing randomly and Windows is logging the report as "Faulting module name: MSVCR90.dll, version: 9.0.30729.4926, time stamp: 0x4a1750b0", it is recommended you disable/enable the Add-ons to identify which one is causing the problem, to do this:
>Open your web browser
>Using either Internet Explorer or Firefox, click on Tools
>Click on Manage Add-ons (you may also have to click on enable/disable add-ons)
>In the Manage Add-ons Window, you will need to select each item individually and change the status to "disable"
>Disable each item on the list and then launch Paintshop Pro X4
>To identify which Add-on is causing the issue, enable each item one at a time and launch PaintShop Pro X4.
>Once the Add-on has been identified, keep the status "disable" for this item only.
