Windows Media High Quality NTSC exports at a resolution of 640 x 480

There is a problem with the High Quality NTSC Windows Media preset. It should export at 720 x 480, but it actually creates a 640 x 480 resolution file. As a workaround, if you want a 720 x 480 resolution file, you can export to MPEG2 using the DVD Compatible preset.
