Known Issues

After Hot Fix 1 is applied you may encounter the following issues

-            Flicks issues – Tablet PC or touchscreen users may experience issues with gestures called flicks (using your tablet pen or finger to quickly navigate and perform shortcuts). To disable flicks so they do not interfere with Painter features go here.

I got Painter Essentials 5 with my Wacom Intuos Art and could only start the application once. After that, it won't launch. Reinstalled and applied the patch and it worked. Until I restarted my PC - now the issue is back. A permanent solution is needed or a free upgrade should be offered because your software isn't compatible despite the system requirements on the packaging claiming it does.
