PaintShop Pro X9: Restoring Previously Purchased Content

This tutorial is designed to assist users in restoring their previously purchased content to a fresh copy of PaintShop Pro X9, such as after reinstalling the program, or migrating software to a new computer.

After installing and updating PaintShop Pro X9, launch the program. 

From within the program, navigate to the Help menu in the top left.

 

From inside the Help menu, select “Restore Purchases…”.

 

This will open a dialog box requesting the email used to purchase your additional content. Enter your email address, and select “Continue”.

 

Once complete, PaintShop Pro will retrieve your additional content, and display a list of all content successfully added.

 

Your content is now restored. You can resume using PaintShop Pro X9, with all of the additional fonts, plugins, templates, and other content you may have purchased.

    Every time I try to access this section, I am told I have entered the wrong email address! Corel uses this email address to write to me (almost) weekly, but then refuse to accept it. I've had to go to Corel 'help'  (at least three times now - this is the fourth) and they still can't get it right.

    Cutting my losses and going to Photoshop Elements, is becoming more and more attractive!

    Corel don't seem to understand their own software, even when  I can get it to work and manage to have scripts on 32 bit systems, even though they are selling me a 64 bit program. Pretty hopeless really!

    I am having the same problem. I have one email address, I get your messages too, but to restore to my new laptop, it's not recognizing my address...please help?

    I get the same thing as everyone else I got a new computer and its not recognizing my email address Yet  I can get into my corel acct using the same email address.

    X7 is no longer supported by Corel.

    I have purchased X9 but I have lost all my plugin(s). These directions above indicate "no purchases were made for this existing email." Although I have had this email used for all these additional plug-in purchases and everything COREL.

    And way back to JASC PSP!

    I have tried creating a ticket - no responses.

    I have lost multiple programs plug-ins, and scripts.

    I am also having same problem, does not  recognize my e-mail address. I have used hwroger1@cox.net for all my purchases on Corel or PayPal which uses sane address,

    I can't get Paintshop Pro X9 installed on my new computer because you don't recogize my e-mail address.

    Robert,

    On the Menu bar, you will see File, View, Help.

    Click Help, then Restore Purchases

    I purchased PaintShop X9 Ultimate but I cannot install it... I also purchased the DVD... I do have the files saved in my downloads but when I try to open them I get this message
